Feirs Mechanikia, a family-run company with over 20 years of experience investing in Sodick machines, has once again taken a significant step forward in enhancing their production efficiency. Recently, Ian Maye visited Andras Feirs, Owner & Managing Director, and Tamas Horvath to witness the installation of two new Sodick machines — the ALC600G and AL60G, both packed with advanced technology aimed at improving production capabilities.
For Feirs Mechanikia, the decision to invest in these state-of-the-art machines was driven by a focus on improving production efficiencies. The company is eager to harness the benefits of Sodick's I-Groove, Eco Pumps, and improved performance. With these innovative features, Feirs Mechanikia aims to maintain its competitive edge in the ever-evolving industry.
Andras Feirs, Owner & Managing Director of Feirs Mechanikia, shared his thoughts on the investment: "We’ve recently installed two new Sodick wire and sinker EDM machines! EDM technology has been a key part of our company for decades, and we understand the importance of keeping up with the evolving EDM processes. This is why we decided to purchase these machines from IC Hungary Kft. a few weeks ago. Both machines come with the latest controllers, and we expect efficient technology application in the future. The working range of the machines is 600mm, with all features showcasing high quality, including outstanding geometric precision."
Feirs Mechanikia’s long-standing partnership with Sodick is a testament to their trust in the brand’s advanced technology and reliable performance. The company is excited to continue investing in future technologies and improve production methods for years to come.
